A militant order of priests of Stendarr, the Divine of Mercy. Founded after the Oblivion Crises, the faction’s goal is to combat Daedric influences on Tamriel. Their primary targets are Vampires, Werewolves, Witches/Hagravens, and other creatures that prey on mortals.
After their headquarters was destroyed in the Fourth Era in an assault by vampires, which left most of the members slain, it was later rebuilt by the members who refounded the faction. This time, however, it is a grand fortress, similar to Fort Dawnguard.
