Once the Bush Nights made out of the damp dungeon beneath the Johnson manor, they went back into the manor itself to see what had happened to the owner of the place. They found a few surviving servants who brought the adventurers to Lord Johnson, who showed gratitude to the party for having saved him and his family. The party was informed that all the residents of the manor were put under a spell, they had been having a continuous nightmare for a few days. The lord of the house sent the servants to eat something quickly to get their strength up, and then prepare something nice for everyone. The party were paid for their rescue, and a guard was sent to the city to bring help, as the dungeon underneath the manor was quite a surprise to everyone in the room, and Lord Johnson decided they needed more men to go through it and make sure it’s safe. Before they left, the group asked about the relationship between young Dexion Marinus and the Johnson family; this turned out to be a secret love affair between Dexion and Lord Johnson’s son, maybe not the best timing…
Once their meeting with Lord Johnson was over, the Bush Nights started their journey back towards the Imperial City, intending to pass through Bruma on the way. However, while travelling through a wooded area close to the city, they heard some strange sounds coming towards them, closer to a clearing not too far away. All of a sudden a group of minotaur charged out of the woods and into the clearing, closely followed by a group of forest trolls. It seemed like the trolls were chasing the minotaur, and this clearing was where the minotaur made their last stand. A few bouts later, the bull-men lay dead, in pools of their own blood, along with some of the trolls. At that point, the biggest troll smelled the air and said something to his underlings, and then left. The remaining trolls sniffing the air as well, and started looking towards the trees where the party was hiding, hoping not to have to deal with these monsters.
