As soon as Ular greeted the group, he said that they needed to talk about some important stuff, and this was to be in a more secure location. He then teleported the whole group into a pocket dimension of his own; a small room made of bright crystals, isolated from any other life form. Here, he could remove his disguise, revealing his natural form; the Dremora Torvesad finally showed himself to the HAS. The discussion was long, many revelations were made, including the fact that the group was mentioned in a prophecy before Ithelia was removed from the picture, and that they were to decide what to do. Contrary to how things looked before, Torvesad seems to be a much friendlier person, at least towards the group, claiming that they were captured and set to be sacrificed only because his lackies misunderstood his instructions.
After a long discussion, which included the group demanding favors in return for helping him bring back a diety, the Dremora shifted back into his human form and returned them all back to his mansion courtyard, where he also explained what he does in this form. Ular Hurnfig, a noble of Whiterun, lobbies the Masked Lords to make life better in Skyrim, while gaining access to powerful people and valuable information in the process.
His current target, and the thing he asked the group with help on, is looking for a staff that was created by Ithelia which would be essential in his task to find and free her from her prison, which should look like the brass sphere in his courtyard.
