Once back in Whiterun, some of the members of the HAS acquired some new equipment and then the group prepared to embark on a small adventure, a quest given to Morag by one of the senior members of the Synod. Following an enchanted crystal, the group located a magical anomaly coming out of an ancient Nordic tomb. Once inside the entrance hall, they used a strange item, called a Dragon Claw, to unlock a stone door with rings around it. When this ancient door was opened, the group entered into the tomb, finding that the undead were restless enough in their rest to return to life and attack them.

After dispatching the Draugr, the group made their way through a number of narrow hallways, dodging traps as they went along. The next room the group found seemed to host an ancient sarcophagus, flanked by statues of archers. A cryptic riddle was engraved atop the sarcophagus, which the group managed to decipher, the room required some secret knowledge to allow visitors past. They placed the copy of Brlanen’s notebook that he had given them, which had secrets from Apocrapha. After placing the book onto the sarcophagus, the archer statues removed their bow and arrow, and the group made it further into the deepest part of this dungeon.
