As soon as the Forsworn had entered the city, the HAS started making their way towards the inner city, the part of the city carved into the mountain. On their way there, the group hid in an alleyway, allowing a group of soldiers of the Kingdom of Iron to march towards the city gate, the Forsworn would take care of them. The HAS wanted to get into the inner city to deal with the leaders, eliminate those who would fill the power vacuum left by the late King Marcellus. While in this alleyway, Z noticed a Shadowmark that told her that there was an entrance into the inner city close by. The group found a large brass tube, like that used by Dwemer Spheres in Bthardamz.
Crawling through, the group made it into the city, where they found a significant army ready to defend the city if the Forsworn managed to break through to the inner city. The HAS silently moved behind buildings, through dark alleyways, to get to the castle, where they assumed the general and his lieutenants would be. They managed to do so, finding some guards in front of the castle. Morag through an Eversmoking Bottle towards them, creating a distraction, and then the group made it into the castle through a window, where they found the general and three lieutenants. The battle was fierce but quick, ending with Morag turning the general himself into a zombie, to be paraded through the city. When back near the gate separating the outer and inner city, Ieaga shouted to attract the attention of the remaining fighters, cutting off the head of the zombified general, signifying the victory of the Reachmen, taking back the Reach in their name.
